Kimberly added, "I was in a situation where I was unable to grow creatively or as a human being by being in the group. The situation had to change or I had to change. Once I found out the situation wasn't going to change, I had to take the decision upon myself."
Ex-Pussycat Dolls star Kimberly Wyatt claims that she is finding herself after walked out of the girl group in February of this year.
"I wanted to grow as a person and as an artist, but PCD was a brand. Now it's about really finding myself and taking it to a new platform," she told UK newspaper Daily Star. "Now it's about really finding myself and taking it to a new platform. It's such an exciting time. It's great to have something to say."
Speaking about her relationship with the Dolls frontwoman Nicole Scherzinger. The 28-year-old star said, "I've texted her a few times but haven't heard back."
Wyatt is now as a judge on the dance competition show "Got To Dance" and feature on Aggro Santos's song, "Candy," which is slated to release on May.
Nicole Scherzinger speaks on Pussycat Dolls recent drama in "The Ryan Seacrest Show." She explained about the left of two members, "A couple of girls have left the group, because they wanted to go and do their own projects and stuff. It's up to them what they wanna do and I just think whatever makes them happy, that's their choice." She added, "It's not easy [being a Pussycat Doll], I love it - I'm grateful for it, but I think that it's just time for people to kinda do their own thing and that's what the other girls want to do."
The frontwoman of the group also said her bandmates were still support her on the "Dancing With the Star." She said, "When they announced 'Dancing With The Stars', a couple of the girls emailed me and they were so supportive. It meant so much to me and they're gonna come to the show."
Speaking of the future of the group, "The Dolls album may come out later this year, right now I'm doing some music that I'm really excited about and it's coming under my name," Nicole said.
Former Pussycat Dolls star Kimberly Wyatt is blasting the girl group with her single titled "Not Just A Doll," for essentially telling about her time in the Dolls. She sings, "Just be this way and act this way. So talk this way, I won't do all that you tell me. Sit and stay, no right to say, so walk this way...Ain't no strings attached, now I'm feeling free at last. I just want to sing and dance, so I had to take a chance."
Kate Nash has claimed the Pussycat Dolls for being a bad example on younger girls with their sexy outfits and raunchy dances. Nash said, "Young kids should be taught about sex but they shouldn't be taught to be sexy. It's really distasteful. They're called Pussy. Cat. Dolls. You don't need to say anything else really. It's encouraging sexualisation and sexuality in young kids, and I think that's a bit weird."
The British singer even compares the group to the older girl groups like Spice Girls and Destiny's Child. "When I was young I was listening to the Spice Girls and Destiny's Child. I was singing Independent Woman and Survivor, and it was all about Girl Power and being with your friends. I don't think I was singing, 'Don't cha wish your girlfriend was hot like me?'
Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin has predicted that the girl group with new members will be stronger than its before left by Jessica Sutta, who left in January (10), and Ashley Roberts and Kimberly Wyatt, who both quit in February 10.
"For the past 15 years there have been many amazing versions of The Pussycat Dolls," Antin told Perez Hilton. "We began with Christina Applegate and Carmen Electra sharing the stage with many talented women, many of whom went on to pursue dreams of their own. And today is no different." She added, "Some of the girls who have shared the stage and spotlight with Nicole are ready to begin artistic journeys of their own and I support them completely. And so, too, must I keep moving forward."
Following the quit of two members of the Pussycat Dolls, frontsinger Nicole Scherzinger and the group founder Robin Antin confirmed to find new people to replace the old ones. Nicole said in a recent MTV on Wednesday, "We're going to have a new cast of Dolls. And I'm excited."
She added, "Right now I've been in the studio working on music non-stop. We're going to have another Pussycat Dolls album for all of our fans out there, but that's going to be late this year. I'm still Nicky Doll. And I'm just ploughing away in the studio making music that I love."
When asked about the music of the next Pussycat Dolls album. She replied, "I don't know if I'm going to put all the new music out under my name yet or if it's going to be perfect for the Dolls. It doesn't matter. I just want to make great music for the fans."
